Our mirrors are typically shipped by ground transportation. No advance preparations are necessary, and we will share tracking details with you to keep you updated on your order's progress. If the courier determines it's safe, your order will be delivered without a signature required (NSR). In situations where the courier cannot leave the package, they will leave a delivery notice. Upon receiving the notice, you can choose to pick up your order or arrange for an alternative delivery date when you'll be available to receive it. Please be aware that the information provided above may vary depending on the shipping and courier policies in your area. We are committed to delivering excellent service and will notify you promptly of any modifications or additional instructions pertaining to your shipment.

Shipping Rate:

The shipping cost depends on factors like mirror size and destination. You will see the exact shipping costs after entering the shipping address. For a limited time orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Time:

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. The delivery timeframe varies based on your location: within the United States and Canada, it typically takes 3-7 business days.

Taxes Charged:

For deliveries in the United States and Canada, taxes will be calculated and applied during the checkout process based on the state or province of the shipping address.

Return & Replacement Policy:

To ensure your satisfaction, we have a 30-day hassle-free refund and replacement policy. If you encounter any issues with the product or if it arrives damaged during transportation, you can request a full refund or a replacement within 30 days from the date of your initial order.

To initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and once we receive the item in Canada at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund as long as the item is in the specified condition and packaging.

Please note that any additional fees or charges related to the return shipping, such as customs and duties, are the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Policy:

We offer a 1-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of delivery. If you encounter any problems with your items, please inform us, and we will arrange for replacement parts, repair, or a complete replacement, depending on the situation.
