Free parcel shipping is available on orders of qualifying products which total over $200 (excluding taxes). Offer only available on select qualifying products where indicated on the product’s information page. All qualifying purchases will be delivered by standard shipping and are subject to Arcus’ standard shipping restrictions.

You have the option to cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. To cancel, please visit the order status page and enter your order number for further instructions.

Please note that currently, you cannot cancel individual products online. To proceed with cancellation, you will need to get in touch with our customer service team.

Yes, all orders are delivered as NSR if the courier deems it safe to leave the package(s). In situations where the courier is unable to do so, they will leave a delivery notice. If you receive a notice, you may pick up your order or arrange another delivery date when you will be available to receive it.

We take great care to protect your mirrors during transportation. Although rare, if any damage occurs during transit, please provide your information and details about the situation through our "Contact Us" interface. Our dedicated support team will promptly contact you to help resolve the issue and provide assistance.

We have a 30-day hassle-free refund and replacement policy. If you encounter any issues with the product or if it arrives damaged during transportation, you can request a full refund or a replacement within 30 days from the date of your initial order.

To initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, unless it was damaged.

Arcus Home products are designed to ensure a simple and secure installation process. Please refer to the Installation Guide provided below for detailed instructions.

Each mirror comes with a toolkit included in the packaging. The kit contains all the necessary installation tools, with the exception of a hammer.
